Having learnt an extensive range of Adobe Photoshop, After Effects and Dreamweaver skills by himself, Carlsson Chee established Carlsche Media (Formerly Rephlexion Designs) in early 2008.
During the course of learning, he faced multiple challenges, but emerged with extensive skills and knowledge of Adobe products including Photoshop, After Effects and Dreamweaver. As the Co-Manager of Adobe User Group - Creative Crew Singapore since 2008, Carlsson has garnered experience from within the design industry itself. In 2009, at the age of 21, Carlsson was appointed as an Associate Lecturer of International School of Design & Technology. Carlsson also gave a talk on Web Colors at BarCamp Singapore 3 in 2009.
Recently, he was appointed as one of the judges for Singapore International Water Festival's video competition alongside with PUB's Senior Manager as well as Singapore Polytechnic's Adobe® Certified Video Specialist lecturer.
Joining the team in mid 2010, Cheryl has brought fresh ideas and perspective to the table. Her qualifications and skills propelled her to become the Creative Director of a well-known international design company at the age of 22, where she handled many of the advertising campaigns that were aired over national television.
Being well versed in Photoshop, Illustrator and visual communication, Cheryl graduated with BA(Hons) in Design Communication and just recently completed her Master of Design.
She also has a profound understanding and passion for social media marketing, which allow our clients to explorer marketing concepts through social media via their website, while providing strategic and brand insights to our broad range of clients.
Sharon joined Carlsche Media when it was newly established in 2008. Her massive contributions to the company has helped where we are today. Besides going the extra mile for our clients, her creative contributions to the company are constantly pouring in.
Eugene graduated from Lasalle, College of the Arts with much experience in the industry.
Apart from his knowledge of Illustrator, Flash, Premiere Pro and After Effects, he is in charge of the copywriting team that works to articulate a brand’s tone of voice that aligns with the brand's visual language and architecture.
One of our most talented associate designers who has worked with us since the beginning of Carlsche Media, Clifford was never formally trained in design but has skills comparable to trained designers.
Self-taught in applications like Photoshop, After Effects and Photoshop Lightroom, he is also our photographer deployed to events and commercial shoots.
Recently joining the team as our associate photographer, the street-wise Hansel has experience with events which allows him to work under the different conditions of many events. Graduated with a Diploma in Creative Media Design, his expertise lies with Illustration and copywriting and is now taking Bachelor's Degree in Communications Design. With an artistic flair, he is one of our photographers we deploy to events and commercial shoots.
Joshua is one of our talented associate designers who have a range of expertise that include design for web, print, interactive media, copywriting and concept development. Previously, a Flash Game Developer, Joshua is well-versed in ActionScript 2.
